Our modern and newly furnished guest apartment near Jena University Hospital offers a central base for exploring Jena and the surrounding area. Its convenient location near the A9 highway and public transport within walking distance invite you to explore the city.

The guest apartment is located in an apartment building in Lobeda West. It is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The separate living and sleeping areas, along with the well-equipped kitchen, leave nothing to be desired. The small bathroom features a toilet, a hair dryer, and a walk-in shower. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed. In addition, the cosy sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for 2 more people. Wi-Fi and TV are available free of charge. Bed linens and towels are included in the rent. A parking space can be booked as an optional extra for an additional €10.00 per day. You may also use our laundry room in the basement during your stay for a fee.

Idealer Standort

Geräumige, saubere Erdgeschosswohnung mit Balkon in fußläufiger Nähe der Uni-Klinik und am vielbefahrenen Autobahnzubringer; Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Discounter nur 100 m entfernt. Sehr netter Telefonkontakt zur Verwalterin.Eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank wäre bei sommerlicher Temperatur das Tüpfelchen auf dem I gewesen.Beim nächsten Jena-Besuch gerne wieder!
