Seahorse 2 - Andra House, featuring the Seahorse 1 and 2 apartments

The 42-square-meter holiday rental consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV (32``), and a DAB radio. The kitchenette includes an oven, an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x180 cm) and a closet; the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The outdoor area features an 11-square-meter paved patio, a parking space, and a tool shed with a grill and patio furniture.
All rooms have tile floors. Heating consists of an electric underfloor night storage heating system. Internet access via Wi-Fi.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee. Upon arrival, an initial supply of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, cleaning cloths, soap, and toilet paper will be provided for you. 
Pets are welcome in the Seepferdchen 2 apartment (up to a maximum of 40 cm) for an additional fee. 



The Andra House, with its two ground-floor apartments, is located 200 m from the Baltic Sea beach and the pier with its forecourt. It was newly built in 2011/12. Both apartments, with their large windows, each have access to a private terrace. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac off Woenigstraße in Koserow, not far from the pier. One paid parking space per apartment is available at the building, as well as a lockable bicycle storage area. Both apartments have the same amenities and can also be booked together.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee. Upon arrival, you’ll find a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishcloths, soap, and toilet paper waiting for you. 

Pets are welcome only in Apartment 2 (up to a shoulder height of 40 cm) for an additional fee. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00.
