The apartment is located in the basement but still offers a direct view of the Planai’s finish slope. During the winter months, it’s a cosy, comfortable retreat—and in the summer, its low elevation ensures cool temperatures after a hot day of hiking in the mountains. The apartment features a small, fully equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator, a dining area, a French double bed, and a large closet providing ample storage space. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, as well as a toilet and an urinal. Skis and snowboards can be safely stored in a locked area across from the apartment.

Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartments combine modern comfort with cosy charm.
Centrally located yet in a quiet setting, everything is within easy walking distance: the gondola station, supermarkets, restaurants, and the train station—all in under 15 minutes.
The Enns Bike Path runs right past the front door—ideal for walking, biking, or simply enjoying nature. The city bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to the ski area in winter and to numerous hiking destinations in the region in summer.
As a special bonus, the Schladming-Dachstein Card is included in the price during the summer—offering many free services and discounts.
A private parking space right in front of the building is reserved for each apartment.



On-site costs: Prices are per day and per apartment and include bed linens, towels, tea towels, operating costs, and sales tax. During the summer season, the Summer Card is also included.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
