With a beautiful view of the mountains, the holiday apartment Nearby is located in Thuringia. The 146 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and can accommodate five people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a game console, as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. The holiday home features private terraces, both open and covered, where you can relax in the evenings.



The apartment is surrounded by various attractions, including ski resorts that turn into mountain railway routes in summer, pools, lakes, and hiking areas. The nearby town offers a private pond, shopping facilities, and two restaurants. Public transport is within walking distance from the accommodation.

Please note that the whirlpool in the bathroom is out of order, as the required replacement part is no longer available. The owners live on the second floor, which is the top apartment of the house. A small beauty studio was added a few years ago, which is connected to the second bedroom by a locked, opaque window.
