The lovingly furnished 29 m² studio apartment 7 is located on the 1st floor of the former school building. It is furnished for two people and equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds. The kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill and convection function, and a ceramic cooktop. Also provided are pots, dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, etc. The floor is oak parquet.
The shower room/bathroom includes a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.
Entertainment electronics: flat-screen satellite TV with an integrated DVD player. All free channels from Astra and Eutelsat can be received in HD quality. A radio with a CD player is also included.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.



Our holiday apartments in the old schoolhouse, built in 1834, are ideally located right in the centre of Bad Schwartau.
Shopping, restaurants, the Holstein-Therme, the spa park, a forest with hiking trails, a bus stop, and the train station are all nearby. Use of the laundry room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron, is available for a fee (via a coin-operated machine). A separate, lockable bicycle storage room (with an electrical socket) is available. Parking spaces are also available.
We are a smoke-free property.
The entrance to the accommodation is not step-free; there is no lift, though it is possible to pull up in front of the property; the sink is not wheelchair-accessible; there is no shower chair; and there are no grab bars in the bathroom.
