Vacation apartments Mooi Momente 35674 - Holiday apartment ground floor

We opened our guesthouse, Mooi Momente, in April 2025 following extensive remodeling and a loving renovation. Built in 1964, the house has been brought up to modern energy efficiency standards and features a heat pump for hot water and underfloor heating.
Guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
Conveniently located on the K59, it’s a great base for day trips by car or bike. Of course, you’ll have a parking space in front of your apartment during your stay. (There is currently no option to charge an electric car.)
Dogs are welcome in the Mörgensünn apartment by arrangement and for an additional fee.



Ground-floor holiday apartment:

Our Mörgensünn ground-floor holiday apartment is approximately 67 square metres and features a large living room with an integrated country-style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge-freezer, an induction stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker (for coffee pods and filter coffee), and a kettle. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sleeper sofa to read, watch TV, or relax. You’ll find a variety of games, as well as books and magazines about East Frisia to browse through.

The bedroom features a 200 x 180 cm double bed. You can let the sun wake you up or darken the bedroom with curtains. There’s also a cosy reading nook.

The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in rain shower, a vanity with storage, a modern water-saving toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A hair dryer is also available for your use.

Through the partially covered patio, you’ll enter the large entryway with a coat closet.
Dogs are welcome at the Mörgensünn holiday rental.
Accessibility:
Since the end of 2025, the apartment has been certified as partially accessible by “Reisen für Alle.” It is fully tiled and features wide doors. Entrance via the terrace with a permanently accessible ramp.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
