Quietly situated on a side street lined with captains’ houses in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, the Kapitänshaus Ostseenixe is located just about 300 metres from the fine-sand fishing beach. The path to the beach is easily accessible. The town centre, with its restaurants, shops, the Schifferkirche, and the pier, is also within walking distance. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, bike rides along the dike, excursions from the Wustrow harbour, or relaxing days at the beach.

Living Room & Kitchen
The open-concept living area combines living, dining, and cooking in a single space. A cosy sofa arrangement invites you to relax, while the wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth even on cooler days.
The kitchenette and dining area are harmoniously integrated into the living space and are located right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. If needed, the sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space for one or two people.

Bedroom & Bathroom
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed for restful nights. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Outdoor Area
The living area opens onto a small terrace. The property features a bench and a shared grill in the outbuilding. A parking space is included with the apartment. For bicycles, there is a lockable bike shed on the property for secure storage.

Barrier-Free
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is largely accessible at ground level. There is only a single step at the building entrance; there are no additional steps inside the apartment. The walk-in shower provides additional comfort.

Special Features
A washing machine is available for shared use by all guests in the utility room in the hallway.
Please note that the parking spaces on the property are arranged one behind the other, so that two vehicles park in a row. A brief coordination among guests is required.
