Surroundings
The Ostseenixe Captain’s House is located in a popular, central area, just under 300 metres from Wustrow’s fishermen’s beach. Not only can you get to the beach quickly from here—the lively town centre, with its many restaurants, shopping options, the Schifferkirche, and the pier, is also just a short distance away. Leisure activities range from biking and hiking tours on the nearby dike to Zeesboot cruises or excursions from the idyllic Wustrow harbour, all the way to a long day at the beach—this is where your holiday begins.

About the Holiday Rental
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of Haus Ostseenixe. Here you’ll find a spacious living and kitchen area. Thanks to the cosy sofa area by the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a wonderful chat here while the fire crackles in the wood-burning stove. The kitchenette and dining table are also integrated into the living area. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and promises restful nights for a relaxing holiday. The holiday rental is rounded out by a bathroom with natural light, including a shower and toilet. The sofa can be used as a pull-out bed for one to two people.

A south-facing balcony is also part of the holiday rental and is accessible from the living area. Here you can start your day with a sunny breakfast or wind down in the evening. The 650-square-meter property, which features a small lawn, also includes a bench. A grill is available in the outbuilding and can be used by all guests staying in the house. One parking space per apartment is available to you.

Please note: The parking spaces on the property are arranged so that two vehicles are always parked one behind the other. Tenants of the house will therefore need to coordinate with one another.

Special Features
A washing machine is located in the utility room in the hallway and is available to all guests.

Starting in mid-April 2026, a lockable bike storage area will be available where bicycles can be stored safely and dry.
