This holiday complex, featuring 13 apartments, is located just 150 m from the Baltic Sea beach and offers easy access to the sea and nature. The town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, and galleries, is only about 1 km away and easily accessible. The nearby dike is perfect for walks and bike rides towards the national park, the western beach, and the Bodden landscape.

Living Area & Amenities
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living area with a seating and dining area, as well as an open kitchenette for relaxing moments. The pull-out couch provides additional space for another sleeping option and ensures flexible use.

Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), invites you to relax and dream. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is functionally designed and offers everything you need for a pleasant start to the day.

Swimming Pool & Sauna
In the basement, you can use the wellness area—including the swimming pool, sauna area, and relaxation room—free of charge.
The swimming pool is located in Building 2, and the apartment is in Building 1. To use the pool, you’ll need to leave Building 1 to get to Building 2. The pool measures 4.0 x 7.5 metres and is about 1.40 metres deep. The pool is heated, and the water temperature is approximately 22°C.

Outdoor Area
The northeast-facing terrace invites you to enjoy peaceful moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air. A free parking space right on the property ensures a convenient arrival and short distances.

Accessible
The apartment is at ground level and offers step-free access to the living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. This makes it accessible and well-suited for guests; however, there are a few steps leading from the car park to the apartment.
