When you book Apartment Zin aan Zee, the sea and the beach are almost literally at your feet. Just slip on your flip-flops, grab your beach gear, and you’re off to the beautiful beach. The apartment is located right in the lively town centre, with many charming shops and cosy restaurants and outdoor cafes. It’s the perfect spot for a fantastic holiday experience by the coast. 
Feel, taste, smell, and see the sea! Apartment Zin aan Zee is ideally located, right across from the beach entrance, in the village, and entirely on one level. A prime location! The apartment is furnished with stylish pieces and decorated in fresh colours. From the couch and the recliner, you have a direct view of the seaside dunes and the beach entrance. The cosy dining area is also a lovely spot, with plenty of space for a game. 

During the summer months, the front terrace is also a wonderful place to relax, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. There is also a spacious backyard that you’re welcome to use.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker. 

One bedroom is located at the back of the house and features a double bed (two separate mattresses). From the bedroom, you have access to the spacious garden, which is a wonderful place to relax.

The second bedroom is located at the front of the house and features two separate box-spring beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and washing machine.

Parking is available on the property in front of the house (1 car). You must use this parking space. For your information: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.

You will receive a maximum of 2 admission tickets for the Noordhollands Duinreservaat. Check-in time for this property is from 3:00

Pets are not allowed

A travel cot and high chair are provided as standard in the property. 

Bicycles: There is a covered area in the garden with space for bicycles (this is not a locked storage shed). There is also a charging station for electric bicycles.
