Lage ist top, Fewo schön eingerichtet. Ein Kissen hat gefehlt für die Schlafcouch. Komfort war dank Palettenbett und Schlafcouch eher mäßig. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, ZB Flecken auf Kissen und Decken Inlets, dicke Staubschicht auf der Regalen für Geschirr in der Küche, Schimmel im fensterlosen Bad, gammelige Fugenabdeckung, Duschkopf nur per Hand nutzbar. Immerhin stand ein Luftentfeuchter zur Verfügung. Insgesamt nichts für große Menschen, da Kellerwohnung. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr klein. Wenn der Mieter links daneben mittig auf seinem Platz steht, kommt man mit einem Mittelklasse Kombi nicht mehr rein. Würde diese Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.
