The LYKKE 4 apartment is located on the upper floor of a thatched-roof house, newly built in 2021 on the edge of the forest, which comprises a total of 4 residential units. Are you looking for a place where you can holiday together yet still have your own space? You’ve found the perfect spot here! The adjacent grove leads you directly into the heart of the Bad district, where you’ll find not only many restaurants and shopping options but also the Dünentherme spa. The apartment itself impresses with its clean, minimalist style, and its exclusive amenities invite you to linger.

The living area of approximately 76 m² is distributed across two levels as follows:

Upper floor: Entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and access to the loggia; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 m—separate mattresses), a shower room, and a storage room under the stairs

The basement features a storage area for bicycles with a charging station.

Eine ganz tolle, einladende und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in toller, ruhiger Lage. Was für ein schönes Haus. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Ausstattung, die Ruhe auch auf dem Balkon, alles hat zur Entspannung beigetragen. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Organisation um die Vermietung ist hervorragend, ebenso der schnelle Service bei Fragen oder Problemen. Das Haus mit insgesamt 4 Wohnungen, Parkplätzen und Ladestation für eAutos liegt ca. 10 min Fußweg durch ein Wäldchen vom Ortszentrum entfernt.
