Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, sie ist super ausgestattet, hat aber für ihren nicht

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, sie ist super ausgestattet, hat aber für ihren nicht günstigen Preis einige Nachteile und Mängel. Die Küche ist so klein, dass die vier Stühle nicht zusammen an den Tisch passen. Immerhin gab es die Ausweichmöglichkeit auf den Balkon. Der Wasserhahn im Bad hat einen enorm hohen Wasserdruck, aber keinen Perlator. Man muss sehr vorsichtig aufdrehen, um nicht alles komplett nasszuspritzen. Ein Stöpsel wäre auch gut - man schaut in die offene rostige Stöpselmechanik. Dies sind Dinge, die schnell verbessert werden könnten und sollten. Die Platten auf dem Balkon geben beim Betreten an einer Stelle mehrere Zentimeter nach, die Unterkonstruktion scheint defekt zu sein. Das hauseigene Schwimmbad ist ein großer Pluspunkt, es ist relativ ordentlich, aber über mehrere Tage schwebte aufgelöstes Papier o. ä. durchs Wasser. Das Wasser wird anscheinend nicht ausreichend gereinigt und gefiltert. Die zahlreichen Tierfelle als Sitzauflagen und als Teppich sind vermutlich Geschmackssache, aber wenn man Krümel der Vormieter in den Schafsfellen findet, macht es einen nicht so hygienischen Eindruck. Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung, bei der aber - für den Preis - einige Mängel behoben werden sollten.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Badebude und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Badebude und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Backofen ist in der Küche nicht vorhanden, ist aber u.a. mittels Airfryer zu überbrücken. Die Whg und das Mobiliar sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Alles einwandfrei. Ansonsten ist die Lage top und Promenade und Hundestrand sind einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Trotz der Größe des Hauses ist alles sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Buchung über Kraushaar verlief (wie beim letzten Mal) einwandfrei und unkompliziert mit sehr freundlichem Kontakt bei Nachfragen zur Verlängerungsoption. Von uns absolute Weiterempfehlung. Daher: bis nächstes Jahr :)

Kleine Mängel wie Elternbett sind die Matratzen zu weich, im kleinen Zimmer defekte Schublade,und die Klappae von Eisfach ist auch defekt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung suuuper ausgestattet. Ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen.

Wir waren durchweg begeistert- und haben genau bekommen was wir erwartet haben. Einzig minimal negativ aufgefallen war, dass in der Anzeige angegeben war, es gäbe einen Ofen. Den „gab“ es auch in Form von einem Elektro-Ofen (Mikrowelle?) und einem Airfryer. Beides war uns nicht ganz koscher.
