Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will be carried out at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Dünenpark Grömitz behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

Ein A tastefully and comfortably furnished living/dining room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (at a comfortable height, sleeping surface approx. 140x195 cm) and direct access to the balcony. Enjoy a wonderful view from the furnished and sheltered balcony; a retractable awning provides protection from excessive sunlight on sunny days.

A fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous shower room, a modern bedroom with a double bed (mattresses in two firmness levels, each 90x200 cm), and many thoughtful details make up the charm of this holiday rental—whether it’s an umbrella, a collection of games, DVDs, books, binoculars, a safe, or spices for cooking—everything has been thought of here! A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. For your bicycles, there’s a bike storage room in the building with a free charging station for e-bikes. There’s also a shared laundry room in the building’s basement with a washing machine and dryer. Feel free to ask us!

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted in this holiday home.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor next to the central tower of the Belvedere building, right on the Baltic Sea, directly on the Grömitz dike, facing southwest with a view of the beach, the sea, and the coastline from Boltenhagen to Travemünde. The picturesque pier, the gorgeous white Baltic Sea beach, and the promenade with its colourful cafés, great restaurants, and lovely boutiques are right at your feet. The tranquil town centre, with its various supermarkets, bakeries, and the idyllic spa park, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
