This one-room holiday apartment, with approximately 34 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 2 people.

In the light-filled living room, you can put your feet up on the sofa in the evening and reflect on your day’s adventures. A large flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. You can then sink comfortably into the pillows of the cosy double bed (180x200 cm). The fully equipped kitchenette—featuring, for example, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a small grill, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker—is integrated into the living room. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet. To round off the day, the covered, furnished balcony is perfect for sunbathing. Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space right next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee/coin-operated) as well as a bike storage room are located in the building.

Please note that dogs will no longer be permitted starting in spring 2022 (existing reservations are exempt from this rule). This holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
