Current Notice (as of 31.08.2026): Due to road resurfacing work, the B76 between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand will be completely closed in certain sections from September 6 to 13.09.2026. Please follow the posted detours. The car park remains available for use. However, during this period, access will be via the Fuchsberg large car park. Please drive all the way to the end of the car park; the gate to the property is open.

Here you’ll find a modern, beachfront 3-room holiday apartment with approximately 67 m² of living space on the ground floor—our “Brandungsnest” holiday apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people.

You enter the apartment through a private entrance, where a spacious hallway with a built-in closet welcomes you. The apartment features a light-filled and lovingly furnished living area. Thanks to the panoramic window, you’ll feel like you’re almost outside—even when the weather isn’t quite cooperating. A lovely dining area and a cosy couch area invite you to spend long evenings with a good book or film—or perhaps you’d prefer to watch the sky and the clouds? The kitchenette is cleverly integrated into the space, and its high-quality appliances make it perfect for preparing delicious holiday snacks. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, where the Scharbeutz sun invites you to linger. A spacious bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a sliding-door closet. Comfortable! Here, too, another flat-screen TV has been provided. A bright, natural-light-filled shower room with a toilet and hair dryer is also located on this floor. Enjoy the large rain shower and start your day feeling relaxed. You can set your ideal temperature using the underfloor heating controls. Blackout pleated blinds protect you from the first rays of the sun. In the basement, our guests will find the second bedroom with natural light, a double bed with high-quality mattresses (2x 90x200), plenty of storage space in the closet, and another flat-screen TV. The lower bedroom is connected to the living room via an open staircase.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. If you’d like to bring your bicycles, a parking spot has been provided for them as well. Although you should strictly avoid household chores while on holiday, a washing machine and dryer are available just in case. Wi-Fi is included.

Would you like to bring your dog along on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.
