Lage zum Kinderspielplatz und Strand waren optimal. Die Küchenausstattung war toll. Das innen liegendes Bad ohne Lüftung war ein großes Problem. Es hat muffig und schimmelig gerochen. Die Fahrräder musste man immer die Kellertreppe hoch schleppen, was nicht immer leicht war.
