This beautiful 2-room holiday apartment in Pönitz am See offers approximately 38 m² of living space, providing ample room and comfort for up to 2 adults and 2 children and is located on the upper ground floor of the country house.

Welcome to your holiday! The light-filled, lovingly furnished living area with a TV nook offers direct access to the balcony. The balcony faces the sunny side of the house and overlooks the picturesque Großer Pönitzer See. The open kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a cosy dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet; in the living room, the couch can be converted into a double bed (160x180 cm). The shower room has light-colored tile flooring.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right next to the house. Wi-Fi is included.

All guests of the country house are welcome to use the communal sauna and garden as desired.

Here, the surrounding beech forests and the Scharbeutz Heath invite you to go hiking, fishing, or biking. There are plenty of opportunities for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. The Großer Pönitzer See offers two ways to access the water—a public swimming area with a sunbathing lawn, as well as direct lake access for experienced swimmers at the Haus des Gastes in Klingberg. The beach in Scharbeutz is only about 3 km away; by bike, you can reach the lively promenade and the white Baltic Sea beach in 15 minutes.
