A first-class vacation home: Located in the newly built “Im Sonnengarten” residential complex in Kellenhusen, this elegant 3-room vacation apartment awaits you on the 1st floor, featuring a balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, and a sauna. Up to 4 people plus a baby can enjoy pure relaxation in this 87 m² living space.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (accessible by elevator) and features a very spacious living/dining area (approx. 35 m²) with a well-equipped, handle-free kitchen featuring granite countertops (induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc.). The spacious dining table and high-quality furnishings make dining in the apartment a pleasure. By the way, the bakery is located on the first floor of the building! Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200 cm each) and offer ample closet space. In addition to the guest restroom, there is a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub (Villeroy & Boch), a spacious shower, and a glass-enclosed sauna. Warmth and relaxation are therefore guaranteed in every season! So you can leave your laundry at home, the apartment has its own washer and dryer (Miele). The apartment is also well-equipped with modern technology: 4 TVs, a Blu-ray Dolby Surround sound system, a high-quality radio (including internet radio), a 500 Mbit internet connection (Wi-Fi), and dimmable ceiling spotlights round out the amenities. Additional perks for children include: toys, a travel crib, a high chair, etc.

You can park conveniently in the apartment’s designated parking space in the underground garage, which features its own wallbox (separate fee applies; payment via the Shell Recharge app or ADAC/ENBW charging card, for example) for charging electric cars (maximum clearance height 2 m; steep entrance; not suitable for vehicles such as VW buses or similar). For bicycles you bring with you, there is a lockable, covered bike storage area at the building.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
