Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 3, 23746 Kellenhusen.

This beautiful 3-room ground-floor apartment, with a living area of approximately 57 m², features two separate bedrooms, a living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchen, a shower room, and a furnished terrace, plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 adults and 1 child.

The living/sleeping area is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed (sleeping surface approx. 120x200 cm, two mattresses); entertainment is provided by a CD player, a radio, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. The integrated kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave; the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. One of the separate bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a wardrobe; there is also space here for a travel cot if needed. The other separate bedroom also offers two sleeping spots with two freestanding single beds (2x80x200 cm); here, too, the closet easily accommodates your holiday wardrobe. The living/sleeping area features curtains for blackout, and the bedrooms have exterior blinds. The bathroom, flooded with natural light, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet; there is also a separate guest bathroom available.
Enjoy plenty of sunshine on your own spacious terrace—with approximately 12 m² of terrace space, you can really relax! A patio umbrella provides shade on sunny days.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored safely in the bike storage room.

A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are available for use by all guests of the house. The shared garden with a barbecue area and patio furniture is also available to all guests. For our younger guests, travel cots, a high chair, and even a handcart are available.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed to stay here for an additional fee.
