Current Notice: Renovation work (painting and sanding) is currently underway in the hallway and under the arcades, which may cause occasional noise. In addition, the sauna is currently unavailable. The work is expected to be completed in November 2026.

Thanks to a clever layout, everything is comfortably arranged in the open-concept living, sleeping, and kitchen area. During the day, you can relax on the comfortable sofa, which you can convert into a cosy sleeping area (approx. 170x200 cm) for 2 people at night. In addition, a large double bed (180x200 cm) invites you to dream and unwind. A TV and CD player provide entertainment. Treat yourself to culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, De’Longhi coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer, waffle iron, toaster, electric kettle, and sandwich maker. On the furnished balcony, with a side view offering a seasonal vista of the Baltic Sea in the distance, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. A patio umbrella provides shade when needed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and heated towel rack rounds out the amenities of this beautiful holiday apartment.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room in the basement. Also available in the basement for shared use by guests of the apartment complex are a sauna (for a fee), a ping-pong table, and a bicycle storage room.
