Here, up to 4 people can make themselves comfortable in approximately 45 m². You can take the lift conveniently up to the 5th floor, and then a staircase leads you to the 6th floor and your holiday home.

There’s a handy built-in closet in the small hallway for storing your holiday clothes. Feel right at home and put your feet up on the cosy corner sofa after a long day at the beach. In the evening, with just a few simple steps, it transforms into a 140x200 cm sleeping area where you can dream and relax. On the charming balcony with a side view of the sea, you can hear the soothing sound of the Baltic Sea and browse through the holiday reading you brought along. With the free Wi-Fi connection, you can share your first holiday impressions with those back home. Before you explore Grömitz or head to the beach, set the breakfast table in the morning and prepare a delicious breakfast for your loved ones in the modern kitchen.
