You can enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea in this 75 m² 3-room penthouse apartment with a fantastic wraparound rooftop terrace, suitable for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

The hallway leads you into the bright living area. Here, you can relax on the cosy sofas in front of the flat-screen TV. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, which offers nearly every amenity, you can prepare your meals and enjoy them together at the adjacent dining area. A real highlight is the beautiful wraparound rooftop terrace with two separate seating areas, inviting you to spend wonderful hours soaking up the sun. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a spacious closet, and another TV. Right next door is one of the two bathrooms, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The children’s room is equipped with two bunk beds and a dressing area, and has direct access to the second bathroom with a shower. All rooms can be comfortably darkened at night.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A cot and a high chair, as well as use of the washing machine and dryer, are available to you free of charge.

A dedicated electric charging station (Type 2 / 11 kW) is available for your electric car. Payment is made either via your own e-Charge card or a QR code on the charging station (downloadable app).

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.
