This lovingly designed 4-room holiday home, with a living area of approximately 109 m², invites up to 5 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The heart of this modernly furnished holiday home is the spacious living room, which is open to the dining area and kitchen. Here, you can cook, eat, laugh, and unwind together. For game nights together, you’ll find a lovingly curated selection of board games here. The three individually decorated bedrooms, each with its own TV, provide the perfect retreats. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a single box-spring bed (100x200 cm). And upstairs, the two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm and 2x 90x200 cm, respectively). Thanks to practical exterior blinds or pleated shades, you’ll be well shielded at night and can look forward to a restful sleep. Have you planned a lot of activities for the next day of your holiday? Thanks to the two modern bathrooms with showers, there’s no rush, and you can start your day feeling relaxed. In addition to the walk-in showers, cosy underfloor heating rounds out the feel-good experience. Wind down the day comfortably in the beach chair on the terrace—enjoy the healthy Baltic Sea air here with a glass of wine at the perfect temperature from the wine cooler.

Two outdoor parking spaces (dimensions: approx. 2.6 m x 5 m each) are reserved for you. For bicycles you bring with you, there is a covered bike storage area as well as a charging station for e-bikes.
