This spacious 3-room holiday apartment, with a living area of approximately 91 m², is suitable for up to 4 people and 2 babies/toddlers. With a sunny southwest-facing balcony and a beautiful view of the countryside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet residential area just about 800 m from the Schön Klinik and about 1,000 m from the Baltic Sea coast. The sandy beach and the harbour are within about a 15-minute walk. You can also reach the supermarket and bakery without a car. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop for buses heading towards city centre or Pelzerhaken.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained single-family home and offers two bedrooms as well as a cosy living room, which features, among other things, two comfortable leather sofas. One bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a cot. The second bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (140x200 cm) and includes a large storage room or a cosy nook for younger guests. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and cooking utensils, as well as a large dining table where the whole family can gather and spend time together. You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the furnished and covered southwest-facing balcony. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom completes your holiday with an open shower and comfortable underfloor heating.

An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 2 m x 4.5 m) next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine is available for your personal use in your own basement room. Basic amenities include two travel cots and two high chairs for our younger guests.

An electric charging station/wallbox is available in the garage driveway. A flat rate per day applies. This flat rate can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Neustadt in Holstein is a picturesque coastal town that exudes North German charm. Along the harbour, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés where you can feast and relax in a very special atmosphere. In the town centre, with its tranquil market square, you can pass the time strolling through the local bookshops and boutiques, even on grey days.
