Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, route changes, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

The two-room “Eagle” holiday apartment in the Windjammer building is located on the mezzanine level and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The apartment features a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a small but cosy bedroom with a double bed. In this maritime-themed apartment, guests can expect not only great technological amenities—including Wi-Fi, Netflix, Alexa, and a Sonos Bluetooth speaker—but also classic board games and books, perfect for enjoying on the balcony or in the living room. Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kiel Fjord.

You can spend a first-class holiday at the Windjammer apartment complex. First-class apartments located right on the beach, just a few metres from the sandy shore, offer plenty of variety. From your holiday home, you can hear the sound of the sea and watch the colourful activity on the water.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

A private underground parking space is reserved for you. Larger cars and vans will need to find a spot elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability. All guests of the Windjammer apartment complex can reserve the Wallbox located in front of our service office across the street to charge their electric vehicles.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.
