Toller Blick auf die Seebrücke und die Strandpromenade, aber der Zugang über das enge Treppenhaus drei Etagen hinweg mit 42 Treppenstufen sollte im Hinblick auf Gäste mit Gehbehinderungen erwähnt werden.

Wir haben einige Tage im Oktober hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hätte es gefallen, wenn auch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden gewesen wäre und vielleicht auch etwas mehr Geschirr wäre vorteilhaft. Der direkte Blick auf die Ostsee macht diese Wohnung einfach aus. Gemeldete Probleme wurden wahrgenommen und beseitigt. Wir können dieses Angebot uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Alles sehr schön, Ausblick wunderbar,man fühlt sich wohl. Allerdings ist die Bestuhlung abgenutzt dies könnte man ändern Kleine Anmerkung: für ältere Personen nicht empfehlenswert ,da bis zur Wohnung 30 Treppenstufen bewältigt werden müssen

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung -bis auf ein Ärgernis- sehr zufrieden. Positiv: - Zenrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Strandpromenade und die Ostsee - Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlten ein oder zwei kleinere Kochtöpfe. Sehr gut: Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. - Bad war tadelos mit ausreichenden Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten - TV-Bildschirm war ausreichend groß. Negativ: - Wir hatten vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag kein WLAN !! Das Handy zeigte zwar den WLAN-Sender an, ließ sich aber nicht einbuchen. Es kam dann immer die Meldung:"kein Netzzugang" oder so ähnlch. Zwar bemühte sich das Büro Kraushaar um Klärung, letzten Endes aber ohne Erfolg. Dieses Problem scheint schon längere Zeit zu bestehen, wurde aber von Seiten der Vermieterin nicht beseitigt! Stattdessen empfahl die Vermieterin dem Büro Kraushaar, die derzeitigen (und vielleich auch folgenden)Urlauber der Ferienwohnung sollten das mit dem Netzbetreiber klären!? -Wie bitte?? Meines Erachtens liegt das Problem eindeutig auf Seiten des Netzbetreibers. - Der Zugang zum wandseitigen Bett ist mit ca. 30cm viel zu schmal. - Für unsere mitgebrachten E-Fahrräder wäre es schön gewesen, wenn man sie irgendwo, vor Öffentlichkeit gesichert, abstellen könnte. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub mit einer schönen Ferienwohnung-
