Guten Tag,
vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wie bereits vorab erwähnt, haben Sie uns erst nach Ihrem Aufenthalt über die angeblichen Mängel informiert. Bei der anschließenden Reinigung konnten wir die von Ihnen beschriebenen Probleme – insbesondere die angeblich nicht funktionierende Heizung – nicht feststellen. Die Heizung sowie das Warmwasser waren einwandfrei in Betrieb.
Auch auf unsere Bitte, uns Fotos zur angeblich unsauberen Unterkunft zukommen zu lassen, haben wir leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Daher empfinden wir die nachträgliche Darstellung als unfair und wenig transparent.
Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass wir stets bemüht sind, einen hohen Qualitätsstandard aufrechtzuerhalten, und jederzeit offen für konstruktive Kritik sind. Schade ist zudem, dass unsere automatischen Nachrichten mit den Zugangsdaten offenbar übersehen wurden.
