The apartment is located right next to a popular bike path and, in winter, next to the cross-country ski trail.
Shopping options are a 10-minute walk away, and the lively city centre with its charming historic heart is also within easy walking distance (20 minutes).

Set out on walks in the Buchel recreational area or along the Kurfürstenallee; attend events at the Modeon or concerts at the Music Academy.

The ponds around Marktoberdorf and the Elbsee are perfect for swimming, while the Forggensee also offers opportunities for boating or stand-up paddleboarding. Extensive hikes are possible right in and around Marktoberdorf, such as on the marked hiking trails “Gletscherrunde” and “Kurfürstenrunde”

The royal castles in Füssen and the Lech Waterfall in Füssen are a 20-minute drive away. It rarely takes more than 30 minutes to drive to the Allgäu Alps for skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, or hiking.

In the evening, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pastures, fields, and mountains.
