Forget all your worries in this spacious oasis of calm. Our flat is located just a few steps from the town centre and all important facilities such as shops, cafés and restaurants and only 600 metres from the nearest rocky beach.

Thanks to its strategic location, it is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a holiday without a car, as everything is within walking distance.
The renovated flat is located on the first floor of a residential building in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the beaches.

The flat consists of an entrance area, a small separate WC with washbasin, two bedrooms - each with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning - and a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine.

The separate kitchen is equipped with numerous kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and has access to an enclosed balcony.

The sunny and spacious living room offers a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a Smart satellite TV and access to a larger balcony furnished with table and chairs.

*Pets are not allowed.
*Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or outside, smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
*We kindly ask our valued guests:

-to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and considerately, especially at night and during midday rest,
-to switch off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they leave the flat for safety reasons,
-to use the equipment in the flat with care,
-empty the waste bins and wash the used crockery and cutlery,
-to report any damage caused to the owner, which must be paid for in cash after a detailed inspection before departure,
