With a living area of 24 m², this modern holiday apartment is ideal for up to two people. The apartment is located on the ground floor and was built in 2025. The tastefully designed living area combines a cosy sofa corner, a dining table, and a built-in kitchen that opens onto the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette features high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. In addition, a vacuum cleaner makes your daily life there easier.

The sleeping area is equipped with comfortable sleeping arrangements (for up to two guests) and—like all the windows in the apartment—features privacy screens. In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a modern TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s or higher, e.g., cable or fibre optic), a radio, and cosy seating. The living areas are equipped with pleasant underfloor heating, ensuring cosy comfort even on cooler days.

The bathroom features a walk-in, floor-level shower, toilet, hair dryer, mirror, and hot water. The entire apartment is a non-smoking area and is additionally secured by a smoke detector.
