New villa for 8 people in Višnjan near Poreč

The new Villa Anso is located in the small hamlet of Milanezi near Višnjan, approx. 10 km from the sea and Poreč. With 185 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for up to 8 people (max. 6 adults). A spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a guest WC and a utility room await you on the first floor of the high-quality house.
The three tastefully furnished bedrooms on the upper floor each have their own bathroom and some have access to the balcony with sea views. They are furnished with box-spring beds and a sofa bed. They are air-conditioned and have fly screens on the windows and doors to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Outside, a covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and a 24 m² heated pool invite you to linger. A shaded carport for three cars is available.
The house is located in a newly developed residential area in Milanezi, in a quiet yet easily accessible location. Explore the beautiful Istrian coast, charming towns such as Rovinj or Poreč and enjoy the regional cuisine and wines in the area.
