Charming cottage in Joucas near the most beautiful villages of France

To reach us: Arriving by Gordes, after the Carcarille inn you see a very long straight line, take immediately on your left direction JOUCAS and stay on the D102 (especially do not take the direction of La Vignasse), continue 300 meters on the D102 towards the village and you have arrived. The house is located on your left, a path with stone walls bordered by oaks.
New house with central heating, parking and private road. 2km from the village (restaurants, grocery store with bread, newspapers and post office.
Our village is perched between two most beautiful villages in France: Gordes and Roussillon.
River at Fontaine du Vaucluse, floating markets and 1st European Flea Market at Isle sur Sorgue (15km).
Located in the countryside the cottage is very quiet, it is next to our house but not overlooked. Namely, the 2 bedrooms are completely independent. Three terraces, 2 of which are covered, will allow you to make the most of the outdoors.
Located in the Gordes, Roussillon Murs triangle, very close to the Luberon, you will find many hiking and mountain biking trails.
Very rich region in terms of tourism, but Joucas remains a privileged village in terms of calm and serenity.
A little further away Avignon, Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Beaux, Le pont du gard, Ventoux, Caves and wine routes or even Cassis, Marseille, or Saintes Marie de la mer are all easy to organize ballads for the day.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - separat von dem Haus der Vermieter. Diese führten uns gut in die Ferienwohnung ein. Während unseres 14tägigen Urlaubs sahen wir sie täglich kurz, wenn sie an „unserer" schönen überdachten Süd-Terrasse auf Ihrem Weg zur / von Arbeit vorbeifuhren und kurz grüßten. Die Ferienwohnung ist mehr als ausreichend mit Technik (Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Kapsel- und Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, TV, Radios, ...) als auch sonst (Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Geschirr, ...) ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das eigene Auto hatte einen alleinigen Stellplatz direkt hinter der Ferienwohnung. Supermärkte und Bäcker erfordern einige wenige Kilometer Fahrt. Apt, Avignon, Arles, Pont du Gare, Aix-en-Provence, Menerbes, ... sind alles problemlos zu erreichen. Für eine Fahrt in den Grand Canyon du Verdon sollte man aber besser früh losfahren (wir starteten 7:00 Uhr). Vielen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Aufenthalt war Ende Mai/Anfang Juni, 14 Tage. Das Ferienhaus gefällt uns. Meine Frau und ich, wir werden dieses freistehende Ferienhaus wieder buchen. Das Anwesen der freundlichen, hilfsbereiten, diskreten Gastgeber ist sehr, sehr groß, bestückt mit Steineichen ( wg. Trüffel) und Olivenbäumen. Idylle pur. Gordes kann man auch vom Grundstück aus in der Ferne sehen. Nun ja, der Luberon bietet sehr viele schöne, nahegelegene Ausflugsziele. Unser erstes Essen war sonntags im 3 km entfernten Carcarille; einfach gut; reserviert von Deutschland aus; eine gute Empfehlung von unseren Gastgebern.

Formidable séjour!

Formidable séjour tant par la localisation que par l'accueil de Gérard et Yvelise. Des petites attentions nous étaient réservées à l'arrivée dans un gîte superbement aménagé et dans lequel rien ne manquait. Emplacement de choix pour cette location située au coeur des plus beaux villages du Luberon. Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires qui ont pris le temps de nous faire découvrir leur region et leur savoir-faire dans le domaine de la production truffiére. Landestypischer Provenceurlaub in kleinem Steinhaus

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt, landestypisch, sehr harmonische Einrichtung, super Küche plus Utensilien, schöne Schlafzimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten,tolle Terasse, kleine Rasenfläche und das alles in einer tollen Region im Luberon. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich, wir werden wiederkommen. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Da es keine Hausnummern gibt, sollte man sich bei Anfahrt die genaue Lage des Hauses genau einprägen. La maison était parfaite, typique du pays, avec un décor très harmonieux, une grande cuisine avec des ustensiles de cuisine, de belles chambres a coucher un bon parking, une belle terrasse, une petite pelouse et le tout dans une région magnifique du Luberon. Les hôtes étaient très gentils et serviables mais jamais intrusifs, nous reviendrons. Des vacances merveilleuses. Comme il n’ya pas de numéro de maison, il faut mémoriser l’emplacement exact de la maison à l’approche.

Vacances superbes dans le pays de lavande

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gite aménagé avec le gout. Il est très bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce qu’on peut imaginer et même plus. En plus la propreté irréprochable et très bonne situation pour visiter la région font de ce gite l’endroit idéale pour passer des vacances dans le Luberon. Pour notre part WiFi fonctionnait très bien. Les propriétaires sont accueillant mais discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie les petites attentions laissées dans le frigo. Merci encore pour tout, si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons surement chez vous.
