The Ostseeresidenz Apartment 13 is a cosy holiday rental for up to two people in the popular Baltic Sea region around Göhren. With 42 m² of living space, you’ll find a well-designed, family-friendly home featuring a total of 1 room spread over two floors. A particularly nice touch: The apartment is a smoke-free property and features 1 bathroom with a shower. The heating system ensures a cosy atmosphere; the living room and bedroom feature easy-to-maintain vinyl flooring.

The separate bedroom offers a quiet retreat. The living area invites you to relax and is equipped with a TV (1 set, digital) and Wi-Fi access. The furnishings also include armchairs and a dining table, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The open kitchen is directly connected to the living room and offers everything you need on holiday: a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a 2-burner stove. Dishes, silverware, and other kitchen utensils are provided, including tea towels. A hot water connection is also provided.
