An elegantly furnished four-room apartment. It is ideal for families who need plenty of space or for groups of people who enjoy travelling together. The living room with dining area seats six people, who can sleep in three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm,
while the smaller bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm and 160 cm × 200 cm.

The apartment is not entirely noise-free, as it is located on a busy high street. The windows are soundproofed and fitted with soundproof curtains.

The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island featuring granite worktops, a dishwasher, and standard appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
A washing machine is available for use in the bathroom.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard near the beach chair.

The walk along Labahnstr. and Strandstraße takes about 10 minutes, and you’ll arrive at a popular stretch of beach in Heringsdorf featuring beach chairs, an ice cream shop, a restaurant, and all the amenities you need. You can reach the Heringsdorf pier via the beach promenade in about 20 minutes on foot and the Bansin pier in about 30 minutes on foot—or in just a few minutes by bike. A bike rental shop is located on the way to the beach. For shopping, you just need to cross the street. Aldi and Edeka have set up shop there in a large new shopping centre (opening in June 2025). If you prefer something more traditional, you can also visit the small but charming bakery across from Neuhofer Straße for a cosy breakfast.
