Our charming holiday rental with a rooftop terrace invites you to relax in the hammock and enjoy the modern comforts of a new building equipped with a ventilation system. The apartment is lovingly furnished and, at 68 square metres, offers plenty of space for couples or small families. We offer you a cosy retreat with a double bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed. For our youngest guests, we’re happy to provide—upon request—space for a stroller, a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, a play mat with a toy kitchen, and a wooden marble run. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for a hearty breakfast or an evening of cooking or baking together. You’ll love the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower at floor level, sink, toilet, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and plenty of space for your toiletries. All walls are painted with organic mineral paint, making them especially baby- and allergy-friendly. A free parking space and a lockable bike garage are available behind the house. The base price includes Wi-Fi, internet TV, bed linens, towels, and final cleaning. Located in the heart of the historic old town, our holiday rental—which opened in May 2025—offers a magnificent view over the rooftops of Riedenburg. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who want to experience the special charm of the old town. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find cosy cafés and restaurants, quaint pubs, beer gardens, ice cream shops, a butcher, a deli, an organic market, and a stationery store—everything you need for your perfect holiday without ever having to get in the car. Explore the area, whether on a stroll around the town pond, a bike ride along the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal, or a hike to Rosenburg Castle to see the legendary flight demonstration. Kids will also feel right at home in Riedenburg, whether splashing around at the water treading pool, playing mini-golf, at the knight-themed playground, or in the beer garden with its petting zoo. Thanks to the ideal location in the old town, you can easily explore all of this on foot. A 5-minute drive takes you to the summer toboggan run for a thrilling ride on the Altmühlbob or a high-rope climbing adventure at dizzying heights. Afterwards, you can cool off at the St. Agatha swimming lake across the way. A free parking space and a lockable bike garage are available behind the house. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
