Located on the Côte de Granit Rose, just 400 m from the beach, this upmarket holiday home offers a superb setting for your Breton holidays in any season. Reduced price for occupancy with only 6 people, but all the spaces remain accessible: the 3 living rooms, arranged on different levels, the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom and bathroom are in a small, fully-equipped, self-contained flat (kitchen and living area) on the ground floor of the house. Ideal for ensuring even more privacy for part of the group. Other assets include the huge 4,000 m2 enclosed garden and private parking spaces on the grounds. Trébeurden is a popular family resort, close to the major tourist attractions of the Pink Granite Coast, such as Ploumanac'h, with its superb pink rocks, and Perros Guirec, one of the most famous seaside resorts in Northern Brittany.
