Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in der Residenz am Balmer See und auch nicht das letzte Mal. Mir gefallen vor allem die Lage mitten in der Natur, weit ab vom Trubel in Heringsdorf und Co, die herrliche Ruhe, der Blick auf den See mit den traumhaften Sonnenaufgängen und nicht zuletzt die sehr gepflegte Außenanlage der Residenz. Dafür nehme ich auch längere Wege zu den nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zum Ostseestrand in Kauf. Erwähnenswert auch die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe "Nepperminer Fischpalast" und den "Feininger Hof" mit einem atemberaubenden Blick von der Terasse auf den Balmer See.
