Die Wohnannlage ist toll gelegen. Das Objekt und die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Wellneseinrichtungen sind sehr gut nutzbar - räumlich und zeitlich! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausrüstung ist vielfältig. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Betreuung durch myusedom: Ein kleineres Problem wurde sofort behoben. Die MitarberInnen waren sehr bemüht und freundlich!

Wir kommen seit 18 Jahren als Gäste in den Gorki-Park und haben unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen genutzt. Nach wie vor sind wir von der Lage des Objektes direkt an der Strandpromenade und wenige Meter zum Strand begeistert. Das trifft genauso zu für den Indoor-Swimmingpool und die Saunalandschaft. Schlecht ist, dass die Zentren von Bansin und Heringsdorf von Billigläden und Verkaufsflächen-Leerstand geprägt sind, was eher zu Untergangs- als Urlaubsstimmung führt. Von Jahr zu Jahr werden die gastronomischen Einrichtungen im Umkreis weniger und teurer. Eine ständig zunehmende Anzahl freier Ferienwohnungen auch in den Kaiserbädern weist auf die Schwierigkeiten im Tourismus hin.
