Welcome to our exclusive ROSA holiday home, located in a unique
5-star holiday home complex in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Our thatched-roof beach house offers two luxurious holiday apartments with a total of 260 m² of living space. The beach is only about 350 m or a 4-minute walk away.

Our “ROSA” apartment on the upper floor features 150 m² of living space and offers three bedrooms with state-of-the-art entertainment technology and exquisite box-spring beds, two bathrooms, a living and kitchen area with a fireplace, and a wellness area with a sauna for your exclusive use. Ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. From the upstairs terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and savour the crisp Baltic Sea air while sipping a glass of wine in the evening.

The 3,000 m² property invites you to relax, and you’re more than welcome to walk on the lawn. A spacious barbecue area is available to our guests.
For bookings of more than 6 people, both living units—KARL on the ground floor and ROSA on the upper floor—can be booked together, subject to availability. We’d be happy to assist you over the phone.
