Allgemeine gut, aber leider das Schlafsofa nicht nutzbar:Kommunikation und Service durch Hausmeister gut und zügig.Leider hat der Gesamturlaub durch die Schlafsituation deutlich gelitten.Das als Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellte Klappbett war für mich ungünstig, sodass ich nur die Matratze genutzt habe.Leider standen dann Matratze und Gestell die gesamte Woche im Wohnzimmer, was die angenehme Nutzung dieses raumes unmöglich machte.Die Kommunikation und schnelle Bereitstellung des Klappbettes war gut, jedoch wurden die versprochenen 20% Entschädigung auf 100 Euro reduziert, so dass ich diesem Sachverhalt mit Hilfe der Frankfurter Tabelle noch einmal nachgehen muss.

Es freut uns, dass Sie mit der Kommunikation und dem schnellen Service unseres Hausmeisters zufrieden waren – gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass die Schlafsituation Ihren Urlaub insgesamt getrübt hat. Das Schlafsofa war als Ausweichmöglichkeit für Kinder beworben. Da es sich in der Praxis nicht bewährt hat, haben wir es zwischenzeitlich vollständig aus unserem Angebot entfernt. Als Ersatz haben wir Ihnen kurzfristig ein Beistellbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Zur Entschädigung möchten wir festhalten, dass die Erstattung in Höhe von 100 € im Vorfeld direkt mit Ihnen besprochen und von Ihnen bestätigt wurde. Sollten sich aus Ihrer Sicht dennoch offene Fragen ergeben, sprechen Sie uns gerne direkt an – wir klären das selbstverständlich transparent und persönlich mit Ihnen, statt es über die Bewertung auszutragen.
