Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal freundlich. Es ist sauber. Das alte Haus ist lieblos und ungeschickt renoviert (z.B. die Treppe hat unterschiedliche Tritthöhen), in meinem Appartement konnte ich entweder die Tür zum Bad oder die zum Balkon öffnen, die Möblierung ist unpraktisch, die Plastikmöbel auf meinem Balkon waren alt und verwittert.
