Our charming duplex holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building—nestled in the picturesque dune landscape of a nature reserve. The area is family-friendly and ideal for relaxing days right by the beach.

The apartment is simply yet functionally furnished—perfect for guests who appreciate nature, tranquility, and authenticity. On the lower level, you’ll find a bright living room with a cosy sofa area and a TV—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals or fun game nights.

The compact kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher—everything you need for a pleasant stay. A shower room and a washing machine round out the amenities.

A spiral staircase leads you to the open sleeping area under the roof. There, you’ll not only enjoy a comfortable double bed and another TV, but also a wonderful view of the Budersand Golf Course and the surrounding nature.

A small restaurant is located right next door, and the beach is within easy walking distance. If you value seclusion but still want to be close to the sea, this is the perfect place for you.
