The non-smoking vacation apartment on the first floor of an apartment building is also easily accessible for people with limited mobility. It offers ideal comfort for two people on approx. 50 m². If required, a sofa bed in the living room can be used as additional sleeping accommodation. For small children up to the age of 3, there is space in the bedroom for a travel cot that you can bring with you.



The approx. 20 m² living room with access to the conservatory invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa set. The couch can be converted into another bed. The furnishings also include a radio, TV and a well-stocked bookshelf.



The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a 4-ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. So you can easily cater for yourself - from breakfast to a hot evening meal.



In the bedroom you will find a 1.60 m wide double bed, a spacious closet and a luggage rack. You also have access to the conservatory from here. Bed linen and towels are included.



The modern renovated bathroom has a washbasin, mirror and a floor-level shower. The WC is separate and also newly renovated.
