This traditional farmstead, consisting of a main building and an outbuilding, is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town, just a few minutes from the Saaler Bodden and Holm. This unique protected landscape area is perfect for long walks, during which you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises or sunsets. Thanks to its central location, you’ll also appreciate the short distances to restaurants, the bakery, and attractions such as Gut Darß. The biking and hiking trails to the Darß Forest and the West Beach are also nearby.

About the Holiday Home
This historic farmhouse, a listed building, has been restored with great attention to detail. Many original features have been preserved, offering a glimpse into the past—from the old interior windows and the lovingly restored wooden doors to the traditional half-timbering typical of the region. In some cases, these historic elements have been paired with very modern design details, creating an exciting yet harmonious contrast between old and new. On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious entryway, you’ll find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. Here, you can cook and chat to your heart’s content. A small step leads you to the light-filled veranda with its large dining table, which offers plenty of space for game nights with the whole family. Adjacent to the kitchen is the modern living room, which promises relaxing hours with its comfortable couch by the wood-burning stove. A beautifully designed bedroom with a double bed is also located on the ground floor. The stylish bathroom is furnished with a blend of vintage and modern elements. The walk-in shower and underfloor heating ensure a high standard of comfort and absolute well-being. You reach the upper floor via a steep staircase, which has been preserved for historic preservation reasons. The staircase is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please exercise extra caution with children here. Once upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. Cosy and modern, these are also furnished with double beds and storage space. An additional bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and underfloor heating rounds out this floor.

The well-maintained outdoor area features two terraces. Here you can enjoy sunny holiday moments and simply unwind. For even more relaxation, a very modern sauna with a tastefully designed relaxation area is available in the adjacent building. Here, too, great emphasis was placed on quality and comfort. Two parking spaces and a locked bike shed are available. The property is completely fenced in.
