The holiday home La Margotte Fibre Terrasse is located in Voiron and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 37 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include fiber internet (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a fan. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Enjoy a private 16 m² south-facing terrace with a barbecue. This fully renovated holiday home is a 5-minute walk from the new hospital and 10 minutes from the sports training center. The motorway is just 5 minutes away, and the city center is only 2 bus stops from the property. Lake Paladru can be reached in 20 minutes.
A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra fee.
The house offers views of the Vercors mountains. The ground floor includes a living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace. There is a storage area for motorbikes and bicycles. Guidelines are provided for proper waste sorting, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. Convenient check-in is offered.
The accommodation is at the end of the lane, accessible by car or bus (Jacques Chirac stop). Private parking is at the end of the lane—please park along the fence, in front of the stone steps.
