Welcome to the island of Ummanz on Rügen!

This modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment (70 square metres, max. 4 guests and one child in a travel cot, ground floor) is located in a quiet area in the small fishing village of Waase (in the heart of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park). The surrounding area offers many biking and hiking trails. About 600 m away on the Focker Strom, there is also a swimming spot on the Bodden with a sunbathing area and a playground.

Westrügen offers an ideal setting especially for nature lovers and guests seeking peace and quiet, but Rügen’s famous sights—such as the chalk cliffs, Cape Arkona, and the neighbouring island of Hiddensee—are also within easy reach.

The holiday rental features a large living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with insect screens, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a beautiful sun terrace with a beach chair—perfect for breakfast in the sunshine, a barbecue, or simply relaxing. Free Wi-Fi is available! You’ll find more details in the apartment’s description. For an additional fee, the beds can be made with bed linens and fresh towels provided upon your arrival. A parking space is also available free of charge on the property. Secure storage is available for any bicycles you bring with you. There’s also a place to rent bicycles near the property. The public transit bus stop is approximately 300 metres away.

Two petting zoos (with small animals you can pet) near us are not only perfect for barbecue evenings but also offer plenty of fresh produce in their farm stores. You can swim, surf, or sail at the natural beach in Suhrendorf. This beach is also suitable for younger guests, as the water there is very shallow.

Our holiday apartment with a terrace and a beach chair is approximately 70 square metres in size, accommodates up to 4 adults and one child up to 3 years old in a travel cot, and has been lovingly and modernly furnished. You enter the apartment through a hallway on the ground floor.

The spacious living area features a sofa with a table and armchair, a reading lamp, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds with a nightstand and a wardrobe.

A small travel cot for children can be provided free of charge upon request.

The apartment also has free Wi-Fi.

For an additional fee, the beds will be made with linens and fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival. Please be sure to book this option if needed.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel dryer.
