The Space:

Welcome to the tower flat - a truly unique property high above the rooftops of the old town. This extraordinary top-floor flat boasts exposed wooden beams, charming vintage flair and plenty of character. Ideal for individualists, culture vultures and guests with a taste for the extraordinary.



🛏️ Sleeping area:

The open-plan sleeping area is furnished with a cosy double bed and integrated into the open-plan living area - charmingly situated under the sloping roof, with rustic wooden elements and plenty of atmosphere.



🛋️ Living & dining area:

The spacious living area offers a cosy seating area, a smart TV, stylish vintage furniture and a special spatial effect thanks to exposed beams and dormer windows. The round dining table with elegant chairs is perfect for cosy evenings or a stylish dinner.



💻 Workplace:

A separate desk area with a beautiful view of the old town also makes the flat attractive for workation guests or longer stays.



🍽️ Kitchen:

The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life: ceramic hob, oven, sink, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils. The open-plan layout blends harmoniously into the room.



🛁 Bathroom:

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and towel heating - modern tiling, functional and bright.



🏛️ Building & access:

The flat is located on the top floor of a lovingly restored old building with a historic staircase. The name ‘Turm-Apartment’ says it all - here you live with a view over the rooftops and the historic centre.



📍 Location:

In the centre of the old town, right on the market square. Restaurants, cafés, sights and the railway station are just a few minutes' walk away.



Guest Access:

From the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 3rd floor (door on the left - ‘Turm-Apartment’). On the 1st floor you will find the room with the washing machine and tumble dryer (‘Feuerwehrkammer’).

To get to the backyard with the waste bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, walk past the stairs on the left from the front door and open the rear door.



Other Things to Note:

Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 8 minutes' walk away). Use is subject to a charge (€6 per day) and only possible by prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in good time if you need a parking space.



Important information about the facilities:

Our flat will officially open on 1 July. Until then, the furnishings may still change slightly - individual pieces of furniture or decorative elements may be replaced or supplemented by equivalent alternatives. The photos show the planned state and serve as a guide. Small deviations are possible and do not constitute a defect. We promise: The style will remain consistent - and your stay just as comfortable.
