"Welcome" to "Apartmenthaus Roberta"—our cosy "Borkum Riff Holiday Apartment" invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Borkum. It’s only about 100 m to the beautiful main promenade and the gorgeous sandy beach! Here, you can fully enjoy the beauty of the North Sea and the numerous recreational activities the area has to offer.

At the “Borkum Riff Holiday Apartment,” you’ll find a cosy living area with an integrated kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a southwest-facing balcony with a (limited) view of the sea and the New Lighthouse. Charming maritime accessories create the perfect North Sea atmosphere for your holiday by the sea.

You can quickly and easily prepare warm breakfast rolls, small snacks for your outing, or delicious meals in the modern kitchenette, which features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee connoisseurs can choose between a classic coffee maker and a Senseo machine (pads).

After a bike ride or a mudflat hike, the sofa with TV invites you to relax for a few hours. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi (up to 250 Mbps) for browsing on your smartphone.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (200 cm x 200 cm). A spacious closet provides room for your holiday wardrobe, and an integrated wash area with a sink and mirror adds to your comfort.

You can enjoy the refreshing North Sea air on the southwest-facing balcony of the “Borkum Riff Holiday Apartment.” From here, you’ll have a beautiful view of the New Lighthouse, and you can even see the North Sea!

In the small, modern bathroom with natural light and a rain shower, you can refresh and relax after a day at the beach.

The building is located in a quiet (“Red Zone”) and central area near the New Lighthouse, parallel to the main promenade and the beautiful sandy beach (approx. 100 m). Here you’ll enjoy an ideal location for health retreats and holidays, as the “Gezeitenland” seawater adventure pool, the Kulturinsel, and the pedestrian zone with excellent shopping opportunities are all in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance and invite you to discover the local cuisine and island life.
