The chalet is situated on a sunny terrace in the former Maiensäss village of Sporz above Lenzerheide.
The location is very quiet and south facing. Sporz can be reached from Lenzerheide in 3 minutes by car. In Sporz there are 2 restaurants and a bar.
The nearest ski lift can be reached directly from the house on skis. Snow clearance is guaranteed. A garage is available. The entire furnishing is very well maintained and selected with Bulthaupt kitchen. The whole house has an exceptionally high standard. A bijou for aesthetes.
The house is on 2 floors.
Downstairs the living room opens directly onto the balcony which leads into the adjoining garden and upstairs you step out onto the sunny balcony where you have a view over the valley.
The Hasu is sunny from morning to evening.
